You might have just actually ordered FM11 by your mistake? I'm seeing just one FM11 sale today, so this can be no coincedence. Even for that case, you can get full refund since we have 7 day money back guarantee, and then buy the proper FM version.

It usually takes about an hour to receive your code in the email after successful purchase. There's a manual validation process taking place, meaning the codes are not automatically sent out. The problem with semi-auto delivery of activation codes is that when the distribution guys are not in office, you're left with frustration until they return. So at this late hour, it's a bit unlikely you'll get your order approved tonight.

Both DVD and digital download editions require Steam to activate and play. Once activated you can switch Steam client to offline mode. See this topic: How to set Steam in Offline Mode.
I'd like to purchase fm 12, but I want to know if this edition can be played in offline mode (without steam I mean).

If you paid via PayPal, the confirmation email you received should ask you to approve your order by providing some identification. Are you sure this is not the case?

Good to know. Like I said, I don't appreciate that this service is semi-auto and there's delay because orders have to be approved by humans first (which means office hours). Anyway, have fun playing FM12! And apologies for the delay, even though it's not my fault
If you have been asked to provide identification, you're not going to receive any activation code until you do this part. This happens when you pay via PayPal I believe and I know it's a really annoying policy that Nexway have. If you don't do that within 5 days, your order will be cancelled and your money refunded.

We had a lot of happy buyers who received their codes fast, but we also had others complaining for a delay. People who bought it from the digital shop of SI/SEGA are actually having more trouble than we do with code delivery. Have you received an email asking you to provide identification too? Be sure to check your Spam folder too. Whatever issues you guys are having with your purchase should be directed to customer service or this email '[email protected]'. FM Scout is not involved in the distribution process at all, so please direct your comments to the proper place.

I know, but all I can do from my end if to mention it on the product page now. This semi-auto process gets to my nerves as well, since it's supposed to be a no-waiting service by Nexway. I'm disappointed because it makes FM Scout look bad when we're clearly not involved in the distribution process at all, we've just partnered with Nexway to sell the game.
