As of October 1st, the special "g" edition of Genie Scout is available for free! Normally this edition requires a license and is only given to Eugene's direct supporters who donate to keep the development of this brilliant tool alive.
Genie Scout 23g has no ads and includes some extra features, such as GS STATS, search by role rating and probability of development.

How to run GS23
- Extract the downloaded .zip file and run the setup .exe file.
- Follow instructions until installation is finished.
- Run Football Manager 2023 and load your saved game.
- Launch Genie Scout 23 and from main menu click "Load Game".

The public edition comes with 2 banner ads. The "g" edition has no ads and includes a few minor extra features. In order to get the "g" edition, you need to donate to Eugene.

DELIVERY OF THE 'G' EDITION: Eugene has automatized the process of distribution for the "g" edition, so you will have to wait just a few minutes before you receive a download link. Another email containing the key file might take a while though. But only if they have sent correct contact email, correct Unique ID alongside your donation.
Make sure you check your Spam folder too.
It might take up to 24 hours though. In case of problem with your donation, please contact Eugene using the email address you'll see in the message after donation.
IMPORTANT:Donations are handled by Eugene. He will deliver the ad-free version to you after donation.

Bug Reports
During closed beta stage for supporters, Eugene fixed most bugs that came to surface. As a result, the public edition should be reasonably stable from its very first version.

Known issues:
- Sale value for players is not accurate and sadly we have no way of making it work as it used to be before GS13.
- In-Game Scout works, but not always for everyone. Eugene is still trying to find a way to make it work more consistently.
Any comment including bug report posted on this page will be removed on sight!
EXPORTING DATA:Please understand it is forbidden by the EULA from SI and SEGA to export all the data from the results. You should be able to export only basic information such as player name, club, age, etc.

No it's not RAM related. I checked that out and my laptop is very good. Appreciate the reply.
My version of the scout is constantly "Not Responding" it's almost unusable.
I have the paid G Version as of yesterday.

Football Manager is not found. Please, make sure you are using Football Manager 2023 23.0 and higher. If you're sure ans the problem persists, try to run FM Genie Scout with administrator rights

@Kanonier23 @Diosh: Make sure to check your spam as the email containing the key attached often ends up there. And if you paid via PayPal, double check your primary email there is the one you're checking for that message.
@wipzzer @mertdemir: The 'g' edition is always updated within a day or two after every patch. The same applies to the public edition, except game launch and winter transfers patch when there's a 4-week delay.
@waxon-waxoff: This is quite unusual. I've sent a message to Eugene to ask for a status.
@lasthawk: For basic scouting (see CA, PA, hidden attributes), you can use FMSE23 until the public GS23 gets updated. You don't need a license for that, unless you need to make edits.
