There are 2 versions of this mod available.

Free version with commentary - Limited updates - not fully optimized and only 1000 sound triggers (download now) WINDOWS and MACKBOOK

Full version with commentary - Live updates - Full to the brim with over 4500 sound triggers ( my personal blog - purchase based ) WINDOWS

Please do try the Free Version to get a feel of how this mod works, however the Full Version is far superior in every way as this has had multiple updates and due to the added amount of work that has been put into it, over 4000 more sounds.

Improvements from FM22 to FM23

Removal of more dead sound triggers that don't activate any sounds
European competition music still in
More sounds added for each triggered movement of a player
Massive overhaul of balancing the amount and how often triggers activate

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL VERSIONS

I've created a video of the installation process for clear and precise help. It's pretty straight forward to be fair !

INSTALLATION VIDEO .

Windows Installation
Program files -> Steam -> steamapps -> common -> Football Manager 2023 -> data

MacBook Installation
Application Support -> Steam -> steamapps -> common -> Football Manager 2023 -> data

All versions are extremely simple to install. Just download the version you want, extract the x2 .fmf files (winzip or winrar) then place the 2 extracted files in the correct above directory.

Done !

IMPORTANT INFO
When SI update the game it puts your game files back to default. Simply just paste your downloaded files back in the data file and your pack will overwrite the default sounds again.

Once the game goes into live mode on the day of release, you will need to reinstall your pack so make sure you keep it safe !

I again purchase full version and im glad my donation will help you to continue ur work... I need to ask when game update i mean go full version and not beta do i need to again donate for update download link or u will send it?

One last comment after playing more matches and i can echo what others said this mod is really great. The fan chants alone add so much atmosphere its even better than i expected, when you watch youtube clips with the monotonious original sound afterwards you realize how much of a difference it makes. And i am not even on the full version yet. At the moment i think the problem i described only happens when my team plays against my own youth or second team with very few if any spectators but still not sure, anyway a great addition to the game thank you for this metz i can recommend it

Second match everything worked fine. I dont know why to be fair.

I tried the free version now and unfortunately i have the same problem as others, the main crowd sound when watching a full game is gone most of the time, crowd is completely quiet then comes back a few seconds and then goes away again, even when a goal is scored. Commentary works fine. Im not on mac, using Windows 11.

Im confused. I thought we need to do this Archiver Procedure because otherwise the game possibly crashes. Now the link with the tutorial how to do that is gone, i would like to try the free version on Windows, is it now just replacing the files and if so is the risk for crashes gone?

You won't be able to get this to work without the commentary as the mod is created with some crowd sounds embedded into the commentary. However I'm in the middle of making a crowd and stadium only pack to go with this

Downloaded mod for fm23 and it’s just awesome. Has anyone actually got this working without the commentary, not that commentary isn’t great just wondered what it’s like with just crowd sounds.

Only the free version works for mac, Macbook restricts the amount of text you can have in the file to 1200 lines of text for triggers where Windows allows unlimited lines of text for triggers. So the full version will never work for macbook

I don't have anymore the main crowd sound but only the voice of the commentary. Sometimes I have the sound of the crowd but it then stops after a few seconds. I don't understand why it's doing this.
I have the full version on steam. I just copy and paste/replace the files in the data folder like you said. I even reloaded the cache and restart my computer

@metzfm after watching your video with my I say incredibly clear and precise instructions hopefully is well. Game loaded up fine and loaded into my save just fine. Just need to wait until a game. Feel like it’s Christmas Eve I’m that excited hahaha huge thanks mate

At the bottom of the Metz personal blog there's a box to send the link to mail with a note he does it manually so takes a while. I filled it in and after 10 mins got a new working link on email which I'm downloading now.
If it doesn't work I'll come crying again

I just bought full version, it sends a link on the browser to open mega site and then I get the error:
"
The file you are trying to download is no longer available
This could be due to the following reasons:
The file has been removed as it violated our Terms of Service.
Invalid URL - the link you are trying to access does not exist.
The file has been deleted by the user."

Can't download what I just bought. Also no email received at all.... please help

Ok I made this but I mean there is no crowd sound during long moments and it stops suddenly sometimes, I didn't have this problem on the free version.
I am on using FM 23 on Steam on Mac

@paixai replace everything with the full version, commentary is all through the match but more commentary happens when it's more relevant now

I dowloaded the full version, but do wee need to leave also the "free version" files in the data folder when we install the full version ?

Also sometimes the sound in matches works and then no sounds for several seconds
