How to install this data update to FM 2024
- Open the file you downloaded with .rar or winzip.
- Select all .fmf files and copy-paste/extract/drag & drop them into the editor data folder, to the following location:
Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2024 / editor data
Create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist. - Make a new "Career" game. Choose the "24.3.0 Update" database & select all my files. Click "confirm", choose game mode ("original" is recommended) & "advanced setup" to setup your game. You are now ready to create a new game with all the latest transfers & things that have been missed from the official latest patch
In case you have more editor data files:
When setting up a new game, do not have any other data update files ticked on your Editor Data Files screen except this one.
Choose only my files if you are not sure about the changes in every file. Many files together from different creators can cause crashes to the game, duplicates and other problems. Avoid using files from different creators.

Can you add Beşiktaş President Hasan Arat to the game? The board of directors consists of very wealthy people. He is also a visionary. He is friends with the presidents of Chelsea, Psg and Al Nassr and received promises from the presidents that it would be easier to recruit players from these clubs. It is also seriously rumored that he will bring Klose and Hansi Flick to the team in February. He is in the Olympic committee, so I would be happy if you make the wealth and visionary part realistic.
You can fix it ?)
Koppen contract starts 2nd January as DOF
Taylor contract starts 22nd December as Head of Performance (Think he's going to be more of a fitness role so I'm not sure what it would be in game.
Zeb Jacobs is the academy director & Zurab Amirian is the HoYD at Rangers. In game they have it the wrong way round.
Thanks for the great work as always

Thanks
For now & until the editor works properly with the new mode, we have to use it with the original database.
@AmeNassa121, last year's files will be added pack by pack, they need to be checked in detail before any potential release.
Thank you for your amazing work regardless.
New AFC Champions league Format
On 23 December 2022, it was announced that the AFC competition structure would change from the established formats. Under the new plans, the top club competition of Asian football will only consist of 24 teams, divided into East and West regions (12 teams each), with each team playing eight other teams from their region (four teams at home and four teams away) in the brand-new league stage, which replaces the usual group stage. The top eight teams per region will advance to the knockout stage, where only the round of 16 will be played over two legs, and from the quarter-finals onward the matches will be held at a neutral venue. On 14 August 2023, it was confirmed that the new format would come into effect from the 2024–25 season onwards. In addition, the name of Asia's top-tier competition was changed to AFC Champions League Elite.
The second-tier men’s club competition will be named AFC Champions League 2 (ACL2), with the 32 clubs divided into eight groups of four teams each. The clubs will play home and away matches in a round-robin format in the group stage, with the top two sides advancing to the round of 16.
The round of 16, quarter-finals, and semi-finals will be two-leg ties, with the final as a single-leg tie.
The third-tier competition, meanwhile, will be known as the AFC Challenge League (ACGL), with the 20 competing clubs divided into five groups. The clubs will play single-leg ties in a centralized format with the top eight sides qualifying for the quarter-finals.
The quarter-finals and semi-finals will be played over two legs in a home-and-away format before the final.
The restructure will see an increase in matches from a minimum of 274 to 287, bringing in more revenue for the AFC and its member associations. The federation also announced an increase in funding to the 76 participating teams, with the top-tier ACLE winners to receive $12 million compared to the $4 million that will be awarded to this season’s Champions League champions.
The runners-up will receive $6 million – a $4 million increase on this season – while the AFC said the ACL2 and ACGL will also see a boost in prize money and benefits.
For now & until the editor works properly with the new mode, we have to use it with the original database.

@dhaísa, I have made some fixed make sure to check them in today's release.
@Raj Boruah, just checked and I could manage the national team, with no problems at all :S
@Marooned, yes he is there since the first update I released.
@robsfc, yes.
@warrenjdwells92, they are going to appeal, so until it's officially announced & final, I can't add that.
@w44643233, maybe their expectation to sigh "high reputation players" causes this thing to happen. Will make tests to see if I can adjust it to work better.
@dhaísa, will check it.
