I’m excited to present the latest version of my "Increase Realism" Megapack for FM24.
The Football Manager database is incredibly detailed but still leaves room for significant improvement in key areas. The "Increase Realism" Megapack has been created to address those gaps. It is the result of years of research and constant refinement and aims to make the in-game football world more authentic, dynamic, and logical in every aspect.
This pack does not alter the core structure of the game but enhances all relevant parameters — from financial systems and club data to player development, transfer behavior, and international competitions.
Key highlights include:
Deep structural changes in talent development for every nation, based on numerous indicators such as HDI, population size, average attendances, and financial resources. Realistic club finances, market values, wage structures, and sponsorship logic. Overhauled transfer preferences for clubs and nations, making transfer decisions far more realistic and strategic. Missing data for over 1,500 clubs added, including stadiums, rivalries, founding years, and city coordinates. Climate impact integration and adjustments to injury probability for more realistic squad management challenges. Refined referee behavior to better reflect in-game realism. Additions of international competitions such as the FIFA U17 World Cup and Blue Stars Youth Cup. Increased difficulty and long-term balancing, ensuring more challenging and dynamic saves.
This project is updated every month to stay aligned with real-world developments and community feedback. Early access and exclusive content are available on Patreon. The free public release is usually on the first Friday of every month.
