Discussion on Maccabi Haifa for FM24

  My Expirience:
  
  I started a save with them and they are a great team, won every league since the start of the save, got to quarter finals champions league first season and from there since i got ~20m from champions league it was just a rebuild of all the club and bringing lots of young talents, currently in 2027 at the start of the season won against inter milan 2 times, won against ac milan one time, won against napoli 2 times, won against chelsea one time, defeated villarreal 7-1....
  
  My Opinion:
  
  Isnt too hard, i very much recommend to anyone who wanna have a nice rebuild save that focuses around building a powerhouse from a small club. one thing i would like to highlight is that they got shitty staff so i recommend firing all the staff of the team at the start of the save and signing new better ones)
  
  Transfers I recommend:
  
  Shavit Elgabi (Plays For Maccabi Petah TIkva) is a cheap defender (costs about 600k) that sometimes generates with high potential a good buying for the future.
  
  Idan Toklomati (Plays For Maccabi Petah Tikva) if you got the money he is worth it, i buy him in every save of Maccabi Haifa i do for about 1.3M he is a striker with 3 stars with potential to be 5 stars, great forward. i have made him a great player for the team and he got 5 stars under my management (eventually sold him for about 10m so x10 times profit).
  
  Justin Dhiel a nice german player who plays for Koln, if you can avoid him requesting a release clause also a very good winger with high potential i bought him for about 3m in my save and sold him for about 9m after he went from 3 stars to 4.5 stars (x3 times profit).
  
  Of course there are many more transfers i reccomend (Pablo Moreno, Christian Dalle Mora, Martin Georgiev and more but they mostly wont wanna join maccabi haifa at the start and only after the club grows and their potential drops a little they will wanna join the club)
  
  Formation Recommendations:
  
  4-4-2: i mostly use a 4-4-2 where i have 4 defenders 2 defensive midfielders, 2 wingers and 2 forwards. it works very well and does its job, due to maccabi haifa strong forwards and wingers.
  
  4-2-3-1: i use it for games i have a high percentage win, since it doesnt require much intensity and maccabi haifa got good attacking midfielders which have no place in the 4-4-2.
