1 - Download the FM DATA TWEAKS ZIP file;
2 - Open it with WinRAR or 7-Zip or any other of that kind;
    Move the folder "Sports Interactive" in it to the path: Documents/
    (will ask if you want to replace the files, you say YES)
3 - Done!

You always need to start a new save to see the differences implemented on these files.
Except the Cut-Out faces/Icons that is updated by reloading your skin (Football Manager Preferences).

If your cut-out Photos aren't working in-game make sure you don't have other files that are creating new or duplicated Players/Staff. If that happens Player ID's might be different therefore cut-out faces won't work properly.

Enable/Disable files when creating a New Game to make sure this one works properly.
Pay Attention to files that create new "wonderkids" / Players, etc.
These won't work with the FM Data Tweaks with the correct faces.
