Dean: to put them in the game you need to;
A) Put the File named Config and the appropiately named Jerseys in a folder in the Graphics folder of Football Manager 2013
b) Go into preferences and tick allow custom backgrounds and reload skin on confirm
C) Click clear cache and then click reload skin
