gloryhornet:It is forbidden by the EULA from SI and SEGA to export all the data from the results. You should be able to export only basic information such as player name, club, age, etc... the rest information belong to SI and SEGA.
Why when exporting data, the current and potential ability columns are not included?

matt758:You need to place the key file Eugene must have sent you by email to GS14g installation folder. Without it, you will get this message and search results will have random characters.
