I suspect you're using the "g" edition. And most likely there's a problem with your key file. If you have a key file, make sure you placed it in the appropriate folder (installation folder of GS14g). If it's in the right folder, perhaps you formatted your computer or changed computer before this started happening. That would explain why, because unique ID must have changed and key file only works to specific unique ID.
