You could try the following steps:
1) Delete your cache folder
FM -> Preferences -> Interface
Under 'Skin' click the 'Clear Cache' button. Restart FM15 for changes to take effect.
2) Delete your preferences files
Use Windows search facility and search for "%localappdata%/sports interactive/football manager 2015" (without quotes) - make sure you press Enter, it may otherwise say 'No items match your search' -> delete "Preferences" folder
3) Verify your cache
Load Steam -> From the Library section, right-click on FM15 and select Properties from the menu -> Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button
