On a relevant note, it's a bit funny how people want to filter out women but they still loaded the women's leagues and players in their saves.
Though in all honesty, that's 100% SI's fault because when selecting men's leagues for nations that also have women's leagues, it automatically includes the women's leagues and players in the save.
The only way to prevent that is to manually go into the women's leagues tab (always referring to the Advanced Setup screen) and select "None" at each nation's drop down menu.
Hitting the bin icon will remove both women's and men's nation.
