Access violation at address 00BB2070 in module FMGenie5cout. e*e. Read of address 00000078.

Try this:
Uninstall GS26g, open the Registry Editor (type that on Windows start to find it), then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Genie\FM Genie Scout 26g and delete that folder (right-click > delete). Finally, do a fresh install of GS26g.
