I would be lying to you if I told you that I knew anything about the Dutch league apart from Steve McLaren’s brief spell there with FC Twente. So I will be relying heavily on my scouts and support from anyone who offers it.
I'll give you a short recent history:
Feyenoord Rotterdam was the last few years in great financial trouble, and also in injury troubles. They have a very young, but also very decent squad, and a very very good youth. Players you should look to keep: Cabral, Bakkal (will be free next year), Ron Vlaar, Xuxu. Feyenoord has a great potential, and you should be able to get it to the top again, as long as you are ready to face some serious trouble (at least financial and maybe some sporting) in the beginning, and I think that there is a reasonable risk that you ace a take-over within 2 seasons
