surprised to see wigan doing so well and everton as well. arsenal are struggling and on the verge of sacking arsene wenger. there have been some shocking results in the EPL seeing stoke batter liverpool 5-0 yes 5-0 and fulham beating arsenal 4-1 and west brom beating arsenal 4-2 so it has been pleasing results for us to see.

just an update on results:
napoli 1 chelsea 1 (drogba)
chelsea 1 stoke 0 (drogba)
fulham 1 chelsea 2 (lampard, alex) a.cole sent off
chelsea 1 villarreal 1 (drogba) alex missed penalty
chelsea 4 newcastle 0 (alex 2 pens, torres, mata)
chelsea 1 southampton 0 (eriksen) alex missed penalty carling cup quarters
aston villa 0 chelsea 2 (mikel and alex penalty)
olympiakos 0 chelsea 1 (terry)
chelsea 1 man utd 3 (terry)
chelsea 2 blackburn 1 (drogba and david luiz)

im satisfied with the results but we really need to kill off teams and take more of our chances. we played very well against man utd but failed to make our chances count. we finished top of the champions league group and have marseille in the 1st knockout round so quite tricky but hopefully should progress. in the fa cup 3rd round we have blackpool at the bridge and in the carling cup semis we have watford whilst the other is wigan vs west brom.

injury update-lampard is back after being out for 3-4 weeks with a torn groin muscle and essien should be back in 3-7 weeks.
