Firstly, I love this forum. So much to read and learn.
Now my questions:
when I see some tactics I can see arrows pointing in all directions. How can I do it?
Is there a way to tell each player what their duties are in every game?
Finally, if they are possible, and I'm sure they are, are they worth doing?
Please friends, I'm an OLD guy so please explain to me in an easily understandable way.

Well, the arrows in the tactics are tactics called Grid tactics. instead of chosing player roles etc, you can right click and drag the player to where you want him when you do not have possession.
