I haven't commented on this story and it is three pages old, not possible! Here is my comment about everything that has happened:
First off, I am unsure how you did at Barcelona. It is pretty much impossible to do badly with them, but if you could just show us your achievements, that would be appreciated. The choice between City, Malaga and Inter was never a choice. No real life manager is every going to choose Malaga or Inter over City, unless they are ex-United.
Ebrima N'Dong doesn't like the best player in the world but has been doing a very good job for you. What is working for him is his pace - keep that in mind, especially when playing against teams with old, slow defenders.
That team meeting was a gamble, you didn't need to have one, but a positive reaction for the first-team regulars is a good thing. Messi would've completely disrupted your save, because I'm sure you didn't check to see if the previous manager had any "Match Highest Earner Clause" attached to a player (no one ever does), but to see a story where Messi has left Barcelona in his prime would've been awesome! Replacing Balotelli with Sanogo is your best decision yet.
