Standard of training facilities, junior coaching, and youth facilities are all really important, so you need to find the best place that provides those out of the 4 teams.
You also need to find a team where the players are likely to be playing regular football, starting games and playing well, but make sure the division isn't too easy or the players are likely to turn down the loan move.
Lastly, have a nose at the coaching staff, if they have a great backroom it can help with the training the player does whilst at the affiliate.
