User guide: Registering your FMSE license

I see it explains how to register but I cannot see where to find option tab

"Registering in FMSE

To open the registration window, click the FMSE menu (blue "File" option, top left corner) and select "Options". Then go to the "Registration" tab."

Can someone help me register my license
