His highest rating is for a Right Back, but he is missing crossing and dribbling stats. Since he is also fully natural as a Centre Back i would prefer to use him as a ball playing defender.

You'll see that 1 or 2 years into the game that same generated youth player might end up with higher or lower stats in certain areas. Once they get closer to a certain age, retraining or learning certain things might no longer be as beneficial.
When it comes to teams like City/Barca/PSG/Bayern you want to aim for players around 85% rating or higher. those players will have a lot of key attributes around or above 16.

So even if you would combine attributes and divide them or whatever, some things are just quite simple to decide.
