# craigemb_u redzz : I thought I would start this so that people can post some problems they are having and for other people to try and help them.
My issue is I don't know how I can make the club discipline better. HELP PLZ!!!!
when players make bad performances tell them to buck there ideas up, when players get sent off for something like violent conduct fine them...... and when players disagree with how you do things, put them in there place etc...
