Is there a way to edit a Non-EU Player so that you can register him in Serie A?

very easy solution

get the IN GAME editor

free transfer the player to another club and then and ONLY THEN make him an Italian second nationality then free sign him back and he will not be redded out and free to be selected for the squad.
