i won the league but I'm playing the conference league

I've won the swiss league with Vaduz a liechtenstein club but I don't play the champions league

This will be because Vaduz are not Swiss so cannot 'win' the Swiss Super League. As a result of this the UEFA competition places are based on league coefficient rankings so the Swiss team that came the highest in the league will have a higher coefficient ranking than you.
