Download logos from the following website:
http://www.fmscout.com/a-FM2012-Premier-League-Logos.html
Then, using winrar, make this download into a folder. After this, go on your sports interactive file----> Football manager 2012, then make a new folder called "logos" and place it into this folder. Then on FM12, and prefrences, display and sound, untick "using skin cache" and "Always reload skin on confirm", then confirm, and it should work
