Carrick was still good for me until my 3rd season. Although he was declining, he still has game. I started Rodwell more in my 3rd season and he has matured quite well. I'd advise you to sell Carrick early while he still has value.
Ferdinand declined in my 2nd season and I released him. You may want to sell him if he still has value.
You should loan Fierro to FC Twente. After the 3rd season, his stats has been great. But I decided to loan him out again to Twente for further experience.
For Park, just sell him.
I released Scholes after the 1st season and retired in the 2nd season. I handed Giggs a 1 year extension if he plays 20 games in the 2nd season. But he never played 20 games and retired after. He is now a part of my coaching staff. So its best if you keep Scholes and Giggs until they retire.
For a keeper, I advise Branescu. I have him on another save and he's growing well.
And if you really want to give your young guys experience, loan them out to your affiliated clubs, preferably FC Twente. Whenever I get a prospect player who I can use in the future, I loan them to Twente. Twente also benefits from the loans as they finished 2nd place in their league in my 3rd season with a few players of mine loaned there.
