Spain is "boring" because they play "keep away" with the ball. In fact, in most cases, they don't even attempt to go forward, but simply make circles around the opposition, VERY frequently at the half. And then, when they do get to the box, they normally don't even shoot or even try: because they have several playmakers each to make the assist. Very often, they get to the box, and then end up passing the ball all the way back to the goalkeeper.
If I wanted to watch keep-away, I'd go downstairs and watch the neighbour's kid

The reason behind not attampting to go forward is because of the philosophy behind there tactic. It is there way of defending by keeping the ball. Swansea City did the same thing, first season in the permiership and they finish 11 just 1 goal away from 10th place that amazing for a team who just got in to the premiership.

I didnt find spain boring they score some great goals and make great chances to score.
