I know you're not at the end of the season yet, but it's never too early to take a look... the question is, with a big gap to Arsenal's level of performance this year, how will that gap be closed? Is the talent there but needs to grow a bit, or is there something particular that's missing in the squad?
Yes you're right some difficult spells this year. I hope I can win most of my remaining matches to keep the job. Nothing has been mentioned yet, but you never know with Abramovich. I have got to maybe look at better formations and tactics to utilise the strength I have in midfield : Hazard, Marin, Mata, Oscar, Asamoah. I am happy with the players brought in and am considering getting Fellaini & Kagawa on free transfers at end of season as well. Yeah so after the transfers this summer will look at some improved formations and tactics. Any suggestions are welcome ...
