A bit of constructive criticism would don't use a large chunk of yellow text, I don't know if it's just me but it looks slightly odd.
Oh, and for pictures, just press Alt+F9 and it will save in a screenshots folder within the FM folder, you can upload them on photobucket or imgur from there, and then copy the appropriate BB Codes
