The season is drawing near...

Pre-Season finally came to an end and the whole club was looking forward to the start of the season. The Gunners had a great Pre-season. All wins, mostly big score lines. Perfect.

There was no doubt, Arsenal were ready for the Season.

At the end of the final game Geoff decided to have a talk with the squad.

The Team

-Right lads, pre-season is over and it has been very good. I'm happy with all your performances. Now, with the season approaching I want to tell you that I do not mind were we finish. Due to the circumstances it really doesn't matter. Does anyone have anything they want to say?
-Yes, I do.
-Go on Jack
-As a Gooner, I understand the need for a trophy, but Geoff is right. We shouldn't focus on trophies this season, it is too soon.
-Great, thanks Jack.
-Anyone else?
-We have to prove to the fans we are still a top football team even if don't win anything this year.
-Agreed,
