13.7.12 - Arsenal Announce their new assistant manager!

Geoff Keeling had spent days on end searching through various applications for the Assistant Manager role. He also looked at people who didn't apply and he found two people, Tito Vilanova and Tony Coton.

Geoff's first choice was Vilanova. He called him to enquire about his availability.

Keeling
Vilanova

-Hello, is that Tito there?
-Ci, and you are?
-Hi Tito, I am Geoff Keeling.
-Ah Hello Geoff, may I ask why you called me?
-Well Tito, would you be interested in becoming the Assistant Manager at Arsenal?
-Well, yes, I would.
-Excellent, how much do you want a week?
-£22k a week please, non-negotiable
-Well, you can piss off. I wouldn't pay any member of staff that much.

With that Geoff Keeling hung up, furious at those demands. "Oh well" he thought, time to approach Tony Coton.

-Hello, is Tony here?
-Yes, who is this?
-Hi Tony, this is Geoff Keeling speaking.
-Oh Hello Geoff, why'd you call?
-Well Tony, would you be interested in becoming Assistant Manager at Arsenal?
-Oh yes, absolutely!
-Ok how much roughly would you want?
-Well, I would like roughly £2k a week, is that too much?
-No that is perfect! We will meet soon to finalise the contract. I look forward to meeting you. Bye.
-Bye.

Geoff Keeling was delighted. He was very happy to get Tony Coton onboard.
