Arsenal have confirmed the signing of Jonny Evans. The Northern Irish-Man was on the transfer list at Manchester United and revealed he was delighted to join a new club. The £2.2m that cost Arsenal was, "An absolute steal" according to Arsenal Boss, Geoff Keeling.
