I play the Euros with my national team and i have a bunch of young talent in the squad.
So has France but i knock them out in the quarter finals.

Then the selection to the Under 19 championships takes place and i can't choose anyone that has been selected for the Euros? Now this is dumb in and of itself but it get's even dumber becuse France can use all of their players becuse they whre knocked out early. My Under 19 is getting punished for the man team going far in the Euros?

Just wondering if anybody has any tips, or knows if its even possible, to improve the regens that a small nation gets over time?

Previously, I've just gone into the editor and improved the youth recruitment, coaching and facilities of each club, but in 19 I want to challenge myself to do this without the editor!

Does winning international tournaments/increasing the nations FIFA ranking help in anyway?
