I ended up on 68 points this week having played my wildcard. Pereira, King and captain KdB getting the majority of my points. Was also helped by my back three all having clean sheets.

Then I've been too busy and forgot about manually picking my squad. And then I've kept been busy and didn't change my team until gameweek 7.

262 points until gameweek 6 is not a complete disaster considering that. :)

For gameweek 7 I just did my 2 free transfers (players who got transferred out of EPL lol), kept the rest of the team as is. I know from experience that is difficult to stay active with FPL throughout the season. I could never manage it myself. My best season was 2014/15; I gathered 2,147 points and finished 110,384 in the world. Still pretty bad, huh?
