I recently realised that the Hall of fame data is not linked to the game save file. I often switched between my desktop and laptop without knowing this, and now have a few of my titles on my laptop and the rest on my desktop. Any way I can merge or fix my Hall of Fame data?

I searched sigames forum which seemed to suggest that there is a hall_of_fame.dat file located in /Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 15 but I can't find such a file. Eventually in the end I ended up in 4th position in the league, won champions league final against city and I also won the community shield in the beginning of the season.
