I occasionally get whooped in possession stats (Liverpool had 72% possession last time we played earlier in the week!) but with a tough combative ball winning DM and aggressive CBs you can usually restrict that possession to the middle third (in the same game I beat Liverpool 2-0).

I am a manager who like to have possession, for one simple reason; If i have the ball, the opposition can't score. But even with 28 shots, 12 of the on target i do not score, i haven't scored in the last 9 matches, even tho I almost every match have over 60% possession, and at least 7 shots on target!

I admit, i do not have the best team in the league, probably a mid table team, but they're surely not suppose to be so useless infant of goal?

(depending on what mood i am in, i either stick with the attacking and flexible, or switch to standard and fluid, all depends how the game is going) (near the very end just to tighten up switch to structured)

The instructions to my formation


(near the end of a game, best to switch to more disciplined, work ball into box, dribble less and retain possession)
(and slow the tempo can be a good idea in certain matches as well)
