Right now I have 2 main tacticts which I'm continuously developing along the way.

The main one that I use, usually against an equal or less capable team revolves around patient, possessive play. with 2 inside forwards on both sides and 2 attacking full backs that cover the wings and offer a crossing options whilst attacking. But that leaves me with only 2 defenders at the back in case of a counter attack. I guess there is no perfect tactic heh.

Not even a game played, They are all either from the intra-squad friendly or training, all the injuries range from 3 weeks to 4 months. I can't even build a team. I can't begin to imagine how fucked the injuries will be once we start actually PLAYING.

Lacking information about your formation or other roles you use makes it a little difficult to answer and I'm not sure if you're saying that you're playing your three midfielders as CM or two CM's with either a DM or AMC.

Either way I think the basic problem you have is that your players are all trying to do the same job and so that they are kind of cancelling each other out.

My first impression looking at your tactic is that you are too many attacking roles and too much fluidity. This will work fine when your opposition is overwhelmed by it, but when you're against a challenging opponent, a strong well rounded tactic or your team simply becomes a bit complacent there is a strong possibility of being beaten. The answer to your question isn't a completely straightforward one. It depends a fair bit on what your teams overall strategy is and what other roles and instructions you have on the pitch.

If you're looking for maybe lower possession but a quick turn around to attack in a hurry, with your wingers mostly on Support hitting low crosses from the deep then Poacher can work. They have to be low crosses however as most Poachers aren't great at heading the ball so you want it to come to their feet or aim for through balls over the top for the Poacher to run onto.
