Cubas is a natural DM, but with a bit of training you can use him as a CM as well, for both spots on the field he has outstanding attributes. This makes him a great player for different tactics.
As for roles i can't really recommend one, but BBM and DLP seem the 2 worst options cause he'll lack balance for example or finishing.
At the start of the game, you should be able to get him for a price between €5M and €10M. Wages will be around 150k p/m Max.
He's a great player to follow, if you need a good DM or a nice CM.
