What can you say about this guy? Well he’s a beast.
One of the best Defenders you’ll find in the game, apart from the regens that might appear later on. Kyriakos is already a big asset to the 1st team squad of schalke, and that’s what you’ll notice when you’ll try to make a bid on him.
As I said he is one of the best defenders (Potential wise) in the game, and thus be prepared to pay a price between 25 and 40M. Not sure how much he will cost after the 1st 2 seasons but I can guarantee that he won’t get cheaper, since he gets better and better while the game proceeds. This will also be the point where other teams might get more and more interested in him.
For his wages you’ll have to aim around 175K and offer him a 5 year contract, at the end of the 5 years, he’ll probably want to start earning some more and this is the moment at which he’ll start to go for wages around 350K.
Even though Papa is a DC he can also be used as a DMC, but since any team is in need of good defenders, I hardly think you’ll be using him for anything other than the DC position, unless you’re out DMC’s and have a good DC backup you might use him for that position.
He’ll suit any of the 3 defensive roles although ball playing defender might not be such a good option cause of his passing. But besides that small flaw, he’ll be a threat before the goal or will be defending your own goal at all costs.
When you 1st scout him he’ll be 4,5 or 5 stars Potential and around 3 stars current rating. In FM13 however he is slightly lower then he was in FM12. In the end however he’ll be around 3 or 3,5 stars, but still is a very good player,
Kyriakos is a determined player, during team talks or team meeting he normally tends to react well or very well. Only time he does get angry is when you accidently say he is performing shit while he has a rating of 8 at half time.
Even though in my current save I sold him eventually to Bayern, he still was a very good player with a steady performance. Next to that he is one of those players you want to get before others do, only other young options that are as good are Zouma or maybe Hummels although hummels is slightly older.

Personally for me to maintain an average of 7.511 over the course of 10 seasons in which last two season were when his age was 32+ its an remarkable achievement a must buy for any team
