Zouma can be found as a 17 year old at AS Saint-Etienne, when you start a new game. He might already look more then decent enough for some low league clubs, but for the big boys he still has to grow.
Biggest problem in trying to get Zouma is his price, for some reason they know very well, what kind of talent this is. After a full year of negotiating about the price, I still had to pay 36M quite a chunk of money for a 17 year old.
He'll ask for a wage somewhere between 80-120k on the bigger clubs with rotation status. At the end of my 4th season he is now earning 350k a month.
Well his role is obvious and thats being a centre back, training him towards a defensive mid is an option, but then he'll have to train a lot on passing, to be usefull.
Since his passing is rather low, i'd rather not use him as a ball playing defender. As a central or limited defender Zouma is at his best.

Well what kind of formations he'd fit in is useless to explain.
Zouma is a wonderkid, and most likely will turn out to be a world class defender. With a Pa between 160 and 180, in multiple saves, and always a 4,5 or 5 star rating from the scouts.
He has a resolute personality, and while most of the talks during a match have a good influence on him, he can get frustrated when he is performing like a mad men. While the rest of the team are having a tea party at the field and you yell at them for being worse then your 90 year old granny.
Zouma is one of those great central defenders, like varane, jones, hummels, papadopoulos or martinez, but the youngest of the bunch.
And while most of them play at rather good teams, Zouma is playing at a slightly lower ranked france team. And ready to make that step to a big team.
