Boy is a GOD!
Background:Started Man Utd save (that's the team I support), and 3 seasons in, if there is one player I wouldn't sell for any price whatsoever, it's Anthony Martial. I'm away from my home laptop right now, so I'm having to rely on my memory for some of these things.
Some highlights:
* Won the World Player of the Year in 2017, and will probably win it in 2018 as well.
* Runner-up in Ballon D'or behind Ronaldo and ahead of Messi in 2017.
* European Golden Boy in 2017 (if I remember correctly).
* Broke the EPL record for most goals scored in a season, scoring 39 goals in 34 (or 35) appearances in 2017-18 season.
* Broke Man Utd record for most goals scored in a season, scoring 49 goals in 41 (or 42) appearances in the 2017-18 season.
* Record for Most Assists in one EPL season with 20 assists in the league.
About the player:
Acquiring Price: No idea.
Wages on acquiring: N/A
Position Best Suited: Works really well as DLF-Support with AM-SS and with IFs.
Role in team: Should ideally be your focal point of attack. Will not only score a lot of goals, but will also provide a lot of assists.
Potential Value: I think he has already broken past £60M in 2018.
Personality: Pretty balanced. Does not react much to things and I haven't noticed any strong reactions to team-talks either. But then again, maybe I'm just not great with these things. But will always react positively if you praise him after a POTM performance.
Overall opinion: Do not sell. You should look to sell Rooney within the first 2 windows and start placing your trust in Martial. As long as he's supported by other starlets like Berardi and Embolo, he'll do an excellent job for you.
