Everyone is hyped about Vardy due to his recent performances in Premier Leauge, but he definitely cannot live up to that hype in FM 2016. He misses so many easy chances, which are impossible to miss if you have a brain. Certainly he suits better when there is more than one striker in formation, which means he is hardly good for a lone striker. He loses so many chances to become a poacher; he cannot defeat any good defenders to become an advanced forward, and a team which needs to be at the top of the league does not need him as a defensive forward. Manchester City bought him after my first season, but shamefully he hasn't scored any goal in first half of his season at Man City currently. He is very fast and able to break a line, but only for weak teams. Long story short, yes, his price and wage might be cheap, but he doesn't belong to big leagues level.
