Too few coaches

Hey wondering if anyone can recomend coaches who can coach 2 or more different skills 4 stars or more sick of going a good club making good signings thinking i can have a good season try to sign 1 coach per skill 8-9 coaches overall in total but board restricts to 5-6 coaches so no chance of good training

well the bad thing about FM is that coaches have hidden attributes like "training hard". That means on how much they can push it. If they have 20 on that then they are better to train in 2 categories.

use an editor to find out that stat, and/or even change it to 20.

training has a slight affect on your team. But it can stupidly have a more negative affect in FM than what it would have in real life.

So i would recommend that you mess about with their stats a bit to get decent amount of stars.

and when u cant have many coaches then dont have too many of others. dont have youngster only or first team only. try to sign everyone as coach.

Fitness coaches are a bit more important as well. you want your players to be fit etc. and it helps a lot to get the team going at the start of a season.

but the amount of world class coaches is very little, only if you are a worldclass club can you get good coaches, without te editor

not a fan of using data editor finding it hard to experiment with the coaches without wasted valuble cash

well if ur not gonna use the editor then i think you can sign a few good coaches.

have 2 good fitness coaches though. the rest you can give them 2 jobs each.

but when us tart doing better etc then u will be able to get more coaches.

But when in lower leagues you dont need to have the best of best trainings. Just have a good schedule, physio(s) and fitness coaches. Those are the vital things than to have all 7 stars in every category.
