Is gotze worth 40mil

In my tottenham save, I sold lennon and huddlestone to buy isco and alaba and both are performing amazing!! I have 23mil of transfer and I'm planning to buy Cavani as he is transfer listed with asking price: 20mil I can then sell Adebayor and Defoe and make about 25mil. I will buy Fierro for the future (his future screen shots look amazing!!) I will have about 25ml of transfer budget, Is gotze really worth 40mil? or I can just buy a player that will make instant impact like Reus.

I play 4-2-3-1 and if I buy gotze, who should I play as AP and who as IF between gotze and isco?

If you can sign Gotze for 40m and you have the financial power to do so, DO IT! Mario Gotze is one of the best young talents in the game, worth every cent!! He constantly assists and scores.
