I’ve just jumped into FM2013 for the first time (I normally leave the new game a few months before I buy to let them fix the inevitable bugs first) and have decuded to give FMC a go – looks like it was developed for someone just like me (ie with damn all free time)
So far so good – I took on Newport Co. in the Blue Square Premier, brought in a few players, found a downloadable tactic that actually works in FMC and have won the opening 3 games – happy days! Now its time to sort out the backroom but it appears there is only 1 coach in the entire FMC world!!!
I have a head of youth development – assume he is the “youth coach” in years gone by but no first team, fitness or other coaches. The backroom team are key to my transfer policy – buy potential and grow it but how am I going to do this without coaches????
Does FMC have coaches? IS there a bug with my game???
