OK guys, opinion time. I've got Samaden as HoYD, but he's found rubbish youth intake even with top Youth Recruitment level at my club (Arsenal). So, do I stick with him, or go with Bruno Conti or Bernhard Peters? I notice the latter two are Model Pro's wheras Samanden isn't but not sure if that'll make a difference?
