What i would like to see on fm2010

1)you should be able to play as an assistant manager (which would make more point to making friend with other managers)
2)i agree with an earlier comment that should be able to spend wages on stuff it would be good if you could buy clubs
3)there is lots of people on there who u cnt interact with, you should be able to talk with your chairman.
4)each club has club legends but some are just names that you cnt interact with you should be able to ask them out of retirement to join as satff
5)in real life pompey just pulled anti niemi out of retirement as a goalkeeper you should have some retired players on there that you can ask to join your squad.
I think it would be good if you could give players testimonials. It would bring in big profits and would cement players in the clubs history

Also I think there should be a little more consistency with players and clubs. I don't think that it's very realistic if Darren Bent goes 3 seasons without getting into double figures and then score 35 in the fourth season, only to return to single figures the following season. Or for Man City to finish 4th one season, 11th the next, 4th again the following season and 11th again in the fourth season. (all happened on my game)

Also, for a mega-rich sheikh or American Billionaire to buy a football club and give them hundreds of millions of pound is not a rare occurence in todays game. I think it should be possible for a new chairman to be a multi-billionaire and provide a club with huge funds.

Finally, certain managers have certain transfer policies. Arsene Wenger typically only buys promising young players (Nicolas Anelka, Emanuel Eboué and Robin van. Persie to name but a few) and would rarely spend £10,000,000+ on a player unless he believed them to be an exceptional talent, and Rafa Benitez brings the majority of his players in from Spain. I think the game should also be set up this way as it's highly unlikely that Mr. Wenger would spend £52,000,000 on an aging Ronaldinho (30 y/o at the time of buying

Mangers are never like they are in real life. Wenger rarely goes after a play so much he becomes unsettled, he is a gentleman when it come to transfers, he was not sitting for months saying he wanted Arshavin but doing nothing, whereas Hughes unsettles and bugs the hell out of people. On 09 they were all the same. Benitez also uses a rotation system.

My mind is still going over who to sigh. I always made 2 massive signing for me at Celtic. Keirrison and Fletcher. Keirrison recently made a 20m move to Barca and Fletcher to Burnley. I also go for Mattock (West Brom). Those are my big signing and they are gone! Hate football.

That was slightly of topic.

Favoured personal, I don't kiss the crap out of Wengers ass for it not to be recognised. And more favored teams I for one support Celtic, East Fife and Liverpool. Board meeting, they can tell you where they want to see improvement, bigger wins, big signing, maybe make suggestion if they are that type of board. A Director of Football, loads of clubs have one, Sven being the most famous. If a club has one or appoints one you can say. I want a defender, go find me one, they go out, look around EVERYWHERE and come back with suggestions. You can then pursue of get him to begin negotiations.

...I know they aren't like in real life... thats why I was suggesting that they add that feature... that seems fairly obvious in a forum labelled "What would you like o see on fm2010"
