Hosting a Pre-season tournament

I knw this is probably obvious and I haven't found it still but could anyone tell me how to arrange a pre-season tournament????

Go to fixtures and from there, click into the friendlies area just like you would for single games. For game type, you can pick between friendly, cup, and league.
