transfering tatics from FM08 to FM2010

Hello, can anyone help me with transfering tatcis from my old FM08 to FM2010

basically it's an 4-1-3-2 attacking formation but setting it up in FM2010 is not working for me.

i do have the tatics in my files but i dont know how to add them on here

any help would be appreciated

i dont think thats possible as in fm 2010 the tactics are changed.
