Transfer of data from FM09 to FM10

I would like to continue the games I started in FM09 using FM10.
It there a way to transfer the data base and saved games from FM09 to FM10? If so, from and to what what folders? I used the STEAM download method.

That's too bad. They ought to have an import/export function.
