Chelsea bring through the youth

The Chelsea youth players have won it all. Everything. Yet none of them have gone on to get a spot on the first team since John Terry nearly 20 years ago now. Disgraceful. In this save my aim is to give these youngsters a fair chance. Not all of them will make it but most will get a few games and if they impress will get a run in the team.

Most importantly, I will not be making major transfers on big name players. In order to give these players a chance I will sell some of the big names already in the squad when the time is right. I may occasionally supplement the squad with a few youth transfers but will try to keep this to a minimum. Any Ideas on who to buy/give game time to etc let me know. I will also be doing screenshots of players who have developed well for your own information.

Good luck! This has certainly been a hot topic for the past few years, with the only youth team graduates to get some sort of game time being Ryan Bertrand (now gone) and Ruben Loftus-Cheek (now out on loan). Hopefully you can restore some of Chelsea's fighting spirit with home grown talent.

They have lots of talent at there academy and also buying talents off clubs all over Europe. Hopefully you can win some titles and letting youth players shine.

I did it at FC Utrecht (of course nothing compared to a side that is required to win trophy's every year) and got first in my third season with 7 youth players. Will save you some cash to get healthier (at lower clubs).
